Alright, buckle up for a wild ride down failure lane... and a proper welcome to our newest team member.

Picture this: @Jackal_Protocol has been grinding along for 951 days, and our marketing game? Embarrassingly bad. I mean, cringe-worthy. We’ve got a killer blockchain engineering team, arguably top 10 in the space, no question. Our BD and sales? Stellar. But marketing? Like really bad.

We’ve spent three years stacking unfair tech advantages like we’re out here playing Minecraft on creative mode. Our storage protocol? Untouchable. But here’s the kicker: it doesn’t matter how phenomenal Jackal is if nobody knows why it’s a game-changer for their lives, their products, their businesses.

Everyone knew it. The community knew it, other teams knew it, and yeah, we knew it. Our website looked like a DIY project gone wrong (I spent three days on it, but who’s counting). Social media banter? Weak. Writing and storytelling? Not our strong suit. No marketing lead, no creative director, just a big, glaring weak spot.

Every time I pasted our website and social accounts into a Telegram message or email, I hesitated. I cringed. It was that bad.

We were failing, and it was brutal. If we didn’t fix it, Jackal was going to fade into obscurity, and all our hard work would mean nothing. We needed to own up to our failures and got to work.

We dove into every book, every article, every piece of content about marketing, storytelling, and distribution we could find. Started revamping the website and brand, sponsored a few hackathons. We did all the standard stuff.

But it wasn’t enough. We were still mediocre, still failing.

I was ready to make sacrifices to the marketing gods to land an S-tier creative director. The hunt was on.

Then we remembered this one guy we’d worked with briefly last year. He was perfect. And guess what? He wanted to join us too.

Welcome to the team, Ian. Or as you might know him, @ConeyDaddy.

With Ian on board, god-tier video content is about to become our secret weapon in marketing and distribution. (He has also been crushing it in UI design and brand revamp)

This marks a new beginning for @Jackal_Protocol. Fresh brand, new website, better storytelling, and a steady stream of engaging content.

We’ve got all the tools we need. Now, it’s time to accelerate.
